The GME Program Coordinator Team Lead, is a senior-level GME Program Coordinator who, in addition to managing their assigned residency or fellowship program(s), leads the training and onboarding of new coordinators across the department. This role ensures consistency in processes, fosters team development, and supports cross-coverage planning to maintain program continuity. The Team Lead is responsible for day-to-day operations of a small group of team members who do similar tasks.
