The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the effective planning and safe execution of daily maintenance activities and annual TAR planning, supports both tactical and strategic reliability initiatives, conducts technical troubleshooting within area of expertise (Mechanical/Electrical) and provides field leadership for site craftsmen. The Maintenance Coordinator will partner with site leadership, engineers, operations & maintenance personnel, as well as contractors to achieve a high level of operational reliability for the site.
