GENERAL SUMMARY: The incumbent will be appointed at the rank of non-tenure earning Assistant Professor on the clinical educator track in the Cerebrovascular Division, Department of Neurology at the University of Miami School of Medicine. He/she will have a strong clinical and research background in Cerebrovascular Diseases. The incumbent will be involved in the clinical care of patients at the UHealth clinics, University of Miami Hospital, and Jackson Memorial Hospital. He/she will provide 1-2 outpatient sessions, and 18-20 weeks of inpatient service at Jackson South Medical Center, Jackson West Medical Center, and Jackson Memorial Hospital, and UHealth Tower if needed. The incumbent will also participate in the research projects as well as educational and mentorship activities of the Cerebrovascular Division and the Department of Neurology.
