External Job Title Locksmith Overview: Function (Scope and Main Purpose of Job) Responsible for the installation and maintenance of locks, keys and security systems throughout Live! Casino and Hotel. Duplicates keys, replaces and re-keys locks as necessary, and ensures that all security devices are in adequate working condition. May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision. Responsibilities: Core Service Standards: CLEAN: Must make the property shine and look impeccable while maintaining a neat CLEAN and crisp personal appearance. SAFE: Must make guests feel SAFE and comfortable through creating a worry free, carefree experience. FAST: Provide FAST and efficient service with accuracy. Meet service time requirements and anticipate guest needs. FRIENDLY: Greet each guest with FRIENDLY welcomes, making eye contact and smiling. Use H.E.A.R.T. steps to ease guest concerns.
