Job Title Director, Global Food Safety (f/m/d): Health, Nutrition & Care (HNC): Job Location: Flexible – HNC manufacturing location in Europe (Poland preferred) or the US (hybrid working model) Your role: As Director, Global Food Safety for our Health, Nutrition & Care (HNC) business unit, you will safeguard consumers, customers, and business continuity by defining, governing, and continuously strengthening a robust global Food Safety Management System. You will provide visible, expert leadership across a global manufacturing network of more than 20 sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and GFSI‑recognized schemes, embedding right‑first‑time operations, and fostering a strong, risk‑based food safety culture across Operations, Innovation, and Quality. Your leadership will position Food Safety as a strategic enabler and competitive differentiator, strengthening customer trust in highly regulated segments such as Early Life Nutrition, Dietary Supplements and Medical Nutrition, while supporting sustainable and profitable business growth.
