About the role Do you want to own the entire go-to-market playbook at one of the fastest-growing AI startups in Europe? Do you want to be the first marketing hire at a company with eight-figure ARR and 20–30% month-on-month growth, where your work will directly shape how a category-defining product reaches the world? Here's your chance. 🏗️ About the role We are looking for a world-class growth marketer to build and own Solve's GTM function from the ground up. This is not a brand role. It is a demand generation role. You will be joining a lean, ambitious team and building the marketing engine that takes us from eight figures to nine. You'll be responsible for: Building the demand generation engine. You'll own multi-channel growth across SEO, content, paid, email, events, and partnerships. Every channel you build should be measurable, and you'll be the one accountable for pipeline contribution from marketing. Defining our positioning and messaging.
