As a Secured Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in in driving performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance within the Advisor, Trainee Advisor and Case Manager functions. This role is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer journey, ensuring optimal conversion rates and maintaining adherence to compliance and training procedures.
