Lakera, a Check Point Company, is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to build and lead a high-performing Solutions Engineering team as we scale. This is a player-coach role where you will combine hands-on engagement in strategic deals with team leadership and development. As we expand our global footprint, you will define the culture, standards, and technical excellence of the function while shaping Lakera’s go-to-market strategy globally. In this customer-facing leadership role, you will own technical pre-sales execution, accelerate revenue growth, and ensure customers successfully adopt Lakera’s AI Defense Plane. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver impactful solutions and influence the future of AI security.
