Reporting directly to the Group Head of Talent Management & Acquisition in Zug, Switzerland, you will manage a portfolio focused on the "Top 200" positions that drive Holcim’s global strategy. This is a high-impact, fully remote role for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition as a strategic business lever. You won't just be filling vacancies; you will be an architect of our leadership pipeline, integrating AI-driven processes and contributing to internal succession and workforce planning.
