About this role: Responsible for providing support within the Counseling Center, Panthers Pantry, PERC program, Student Assistance Fund, and any other programs associated with the Student Counseling Center. Responds to inquiries from students, staff, and the public. Maintains database system, creates and generates reports. Aids students with scheduling, completing necessary documentation for services, and triage.
