Global SIOP and Demand Planning Manager

Job Description: This role is responsible for developing, executing, and continuously improving global demand, forecasting, and SIOP management systems. The manager drives improved revenue and unit forecast accuracy, supports customer service level expectations while minimizing inventory. What you'll do: Lead global revenue and forecasting processes, including monthly decision meetings. Serve as NA Demand Planning Lead. Communicate forecast confidence, risks, and opportunities to functional groups and SIOP leadership. Analyze historical orders, sales pipeline data, and market information to improve forecast accuracy. Conduct monthly forecast reviews with regional sales teams; adjust forecasts and gain alignment with business owners. Lead Supply Planning Meetings. Support and provide leadership to Executive SIOP Process, including data preparation and meeting facilitation. Develop and monitor KPIs, reporting on forecast accuracy. Support continuous improvement and modernization of demand planning & SIOP management systems.
