About Role: Under direct supervision, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the full warehouse operation cycle—from receiving and inventory control to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders—while maintaining Incora’s high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Count, verify, and record inventory to ensure accuracy Pick, stock, and move materials using RF scanning systems Weigh and/or hand‑count products per customer and warehouse specifications - Receive material from vendors and accurately enter data into warehouse systems Prepare and print required labels: Return remaining product to proper storage locations Count, bag, label, and package material for shipment Utilize carrier and third‑party shipping systems Perform cycle counts and inventory audits Investigate, reconcile, and document inventory discrepancies Meet quality and productivity metrics,...
