SIS Paint Maintenance Specialist

Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Standards Development & Implementation - Collaborate with the Paint Shop Director to develop and implement SIS Standards. - Align Paint Machine Families and provide maintenance procedure guidance. - Integrate Planning, Orange Room, and SFM to prioritize SIS activities in daily plant operations. - KPI Management & Continuous Improvement - Track and monitor all Paint Domain KPIs on a regular basis. - Ensure shops utilize standard maintenance procedures for paint equipment and process machines. - Drive continuous improvements to enhance paint KPIs. - Audits & Reviews - Coordinate and perform internal reviews, internal audits, and external audits. - Conduct 3G/5G reviews to align maintenance domain methodology with paint shop loss analysis. - Best Practices & Innovation - Support the Paint Domain in creating and implementing best practices. - Identify and integrate new innovations, tools, parts, and processes to improve performance. - Coaching & Strategic Support - Develop route maps with Domains to meet objectives efficiently. - Provide guidance to plants struggling with timing or strategy implementation.
