Henry Seymour & Co (part of the Jensten Group) have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our well-established team in Sutton. While Jensten has recently celebrated becoming a 1,000‑strong organisation, Henry Seymour & Co is home to a close-knit team of around 20 friendly colleagues. This role sits within our successful and fast-growing Digital Schemes division, where you’ll support commercial customers across a range of insurance products, including Tradesmen, Hair & Beauty, and Business Professionals. You’ll start full time in the office, with hybrid working (up to two days per week from home) available once training is complete. Key objectives & responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound enquiries and identifying customers’ insurance needs - Providing clear and accurate guidance, preparing quotations, and setting up suitable business insurance policies - Following up on previous quotations and warm leads by making proactive outbound calls - Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring fair treatment of customers and adhering to all FCA guidelines and company standards - Taking payments securely and maintaining accurate records throughout every interacti...
