Production Manager Location: Houston TX Employment Type: Full-time Overview: The Production Supervisor/Manager is a key player in the RMA industry responsible for overseeing the entire production process. They manage the production team and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Our Production Manager will plan and organize production schedules, ensuring product quality and safety, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that production deadlines are met. They also work closely with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure efficient and effective production. The Production Manager must have strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and manage teams effectively, and have excellent problem-solving capabilities.
