Roster Maintenance Specialist - Oslo: Become part of our Roster Maintenance team at Oslo Gardermoen Airport and play an important role in SAS core business. In this role, you help ensure our flights and crew run smoothly and reliably every day. Challenges you will work on: As a part of the Roster Maintenance team, you will play a key role in maintaining, managing, and optimizing the released crew schedule, primarily for Norwegian crew within SAS Scandinavia, through to handover to Crew Control. Your work will have a direct impact on daily operations and overall performance at SAS. You will thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, with extensive interaction across the organization. The role involves occasional travel to other RM (Roster Maintenance) teams and to Crew Planning in Sweden , approximately 6–8 times per year.
