About Flourish Are you eager to work with underserved populations that do not traditionally have access to world-class care? Then you may have stumbled upon the right role for you! 1 in 25 adolescents and young adults will be diagnosed with serious mental illness. The majority of these families struggle to get care. Flourish ( ** https://flourish.health/** ) is here to ensure that everybody gets the same access we have. About the Role: We are looking for a full-time people manager for our Family Mental Health Guides. Our patients are teens and young adults living with serious mental illness, who are treated by a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians. You will be leading the team that builds the primary relationship with the patient's caregiver. Your team provides support remotely by text-based messaging, care coordination, advocacy, and therapy skills reinforcement. Your team also provides support by conducting in person visits with patients. You have to be strong at clinical operations to help your team navigate this with good workflows—thereby ensuring that our beloved Family Mental Health Guides feel supported and protected from burnout.
