FILINVEST COMPANY: TIMBERLAND HIGHLANDS RESORT: The Captain Waiter/Waitress will assist in ensuring smooth operations of the sections appointed in the Food & Beverage division. The Timberland Highlands Resort Food & Beverage Service maximizes profits, maintains food / beverage / service quality and ensures customer satisfaction. - Responding to customer requests. - To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available in sections appointed. - Ensures that staffs are aware of and applies the procedures concerning hygiene and sanitation procedures. - Checks cleanliness of sections prior to and after service. - Ensures that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage. - Prepares reports as necessary to develop a more informative database for improved Management decision-making and critical evaluation of work activities. - Ensures the set-up for functions is prepared before the event. - Brief staffs on station assignments and side duties at the beginning of the shift. - Performs such other functions as may be delegated by management from time to time.
