Distribution Center Lead - West Description -: Role Summary: The Distribution Center Lead - West serves as a strategic and operational leader within our west coast distribution center, focusing on process optimization, project management, and technical excellence. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement in logistics operations, implementing best practices, and supporting key business initiatives. The position provides subject matter expertise and partners with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives but does not have direct responsibility for managing staff. Key Responsibilities: - Scope, design, and lead high-impact projects from concept through stabilization, ensuring alignment with cost, service, and environmental goals - Analyze end-to-end supply-chain data; build business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership in Operations, IT, Finance, and Sustainability - Act as primary liaison between DC operations and Engineering, IT, Finance, Global Process Owners, and 3PL vendors for technology deployments and capital projects - Partner with the 3PL WMS team to define operational requirements, test new functionality, and validate s...
