The TriHealth Pharmacy Residency Program offers a structured, ASHP‑accredited one‑year training experience designed to develop clinical pharmacy skills through hands‑on practice and mentorship. Residents function as clinical pharmacists while completing diverse learning experiences supported by continuous feedback from experienced preceptors. The program includes completion of a major research project and operational experience through central pharmacy staffing every other weekend. TriHealth provides a collaborative learning environment focused on professional growth, clinical excellence, and patient‑centered care.
