Job Description Step into your new role Kleinfelder is seeking an experienced and dynamic Surveying Program Manager to lead and oversee a team of more than 25 survey professionals across our Maryland and Virginia offices. This is a high-impact leadership role, providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and technical expertise to ensure excellence in land surveying, and aerial mapping. This position is available in our Hunt Valley, MD office. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic leadership and managerial oversight for surveying operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and quality. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in land surveying, civil engineering, or a related field preferred.- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in the States of Maryland, Virginia and Kentucky required; Additional registrations in PA and DC preferred.- Minimum 20-25 years of progressive experience in land surveying, including extensive field and office work.- At least 8-12 years of experience managing a survey department or leading a surveying team.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to guide and support a large, multidisciplinary team.- Proficien...
