Senior Salesforce Administrator

Job description

Overview We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator with deep hands-on experience and strong leadership capabilities. This role will oversight the administration and strategic evolution of our Salesforce environment, including guiding the buildout of Salesforce from the ground up. The ideal candidate has successfully implemented Salesforce from scratch, established scalable architectures, and created governance frameworks for long-term platform reliability. This role will partner closely with our Salesforce Developer(s) to design solutions that best meet business demands, while also supporting a team transitioning to Salesforce. Advanced experience with Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) is essential.
