Description The Player's Club/Rewards Attendant provides quality customer service to our guests and has knowledge of all Promotions and events happening at our properties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Predominately assigned to work in the booth. - Sign up new guests in the Player’s Club. - Assist in slot Tournaments and other promotions. - Knowledge of all active promotions. - Print cards. - Keep booth clean and tidy at all times. - Maintain customer and business confidentiality. - Perform related and/or other duties as required. Requirements: WORKING CONDITIONS: This position works varied shifts, including weekend and holidays. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). - Must be 21 years of age or older. - Ability to obtain and maintain State of Nevada Gaming Card. - Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision. - Outgoing personality, positive attitude, strong communication skills, and pleasant/clean appearance. - Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, c...
