Job Description Summary Lead day-to-day plant operations that keep our production lines and service shops running safely, reliably, and on schedule. In this role, you will be a key driver of operational performance, translating plans into action and ensuring consistent delivery to our customers. You will oversee the planning and execution of production activities within a well-defined operating framework, while having the autonomy to make informed decisions, solve problems in real time, and recommend improvements. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure stability on the line, drive adherence to standards, and support initiatives that enhance quality, throughput, and cost. The Lead Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in elevating how we run our operations every day. You will be the driving force behind implementing and refining standard work, using your prior experience to systematically eliminate waste, streamline processes, and improve overall performance.
