The Opportunity: As a Claims Assessor at UniSuper, you will play a meaningful role in supporting members during some of the most difficult periods of their lives. This is a hands‑on role where your judgement, empathy and clarity directly shape a member’s experience and outcomes. You will take ownership of an end to end portfolio of disability claims, working closely with members, insurers and internal teams to ensure decisions are fair, thorough and aligned to policy and legislation.
