Train new personnel and supervise Overnight shift activity. Support revenue enhancement efforts through proper “house set up” and motivating achievement in the “upsell” program. Ensure daily observation of service standards through “Personal Service” programs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide feedback on individual performances to management and discipline staff in consultation with Front Desk Manager. Train Front Desk staff with emphasis on the activities of the PM shift such as Rate Reports and sell out preparation. Maintain inventory of supplies and operating equipment. Communicate pertinent information to desk staff and between shifts. Ensure proper check in procedures and adherence to Trump International Standards. Provide correct No Show Listing to Accounting.
