Ensures facility review of mandated systems in compliance with MTC and customer directives. Essential Functions: 1. Establish periodic and annual reviews of each department, ensuring compliance with MTC and ICE directives. Develop programs to comply with ACA accreditation requirements. 2. Develop policies and procedures for facility compliance. 3. Ensure facility operations are in compliance with all applicable laws and agency policy.
