General Purpose: Manages the day-to-day regulatory affairs of a state service territory that has a significant impact on corporate, business unit, or organizational objectives. Establishes and implements regulatory business objectives, strategies, and plans. Manages and allocates financial and employee resources. Implements and supports company programs and policies. Responsible for day to day relationships with regulatory agencies, intervention groups and other key regulatory stakeholders. Project manager for all regulatory filings in the assigned state including general rate cases, major plant cases, power cost tracker filings, avoided cost dockets and other matters.
