Currently, TBE is seeking a full-time Resident Project Representative (RPR) to support airfield and landside projects at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (CLT) and other airport clients across the region. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary on-site representative for TBE during the construction phase of assigned projects. - Monitor and document daily construction activities to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and regulatory standards. - Prepare daily reports, field notes, photo documentation, and quantity tracking for contractor work. - Coordinate and participate in construction meetings with airport staff, contractors, and project designers. - Review contractor pay applications, submittals, and Requests for Information (RFIs). -...
