Position Details Position Status: Temporary Part Time Term Ends April 06, 2028 Location: Colonel Belcher, VAC Funded Spiritual Care BW Hours: 39.00 FTE: 0.50 Shift: Days Shift Times: 0800-1200/0900-1715 Union: Non Union Professional Rate of Pay: $$33.64 - $44.15 PCN: CBLCSC001 Date Competition Closes: April 03, 2026 The Opportunity: Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Care, the Spiritual Care Coordinator is responsible for providing psychosocial and spiritual support, leadership, consultation, expertise in all matters related to spiritual health care in the context of health and care delivered at assigned site(s). In a direct service delivery model, the Spiritual Care Coordinator responds to the spiritual health needs identified by long term care residents, their families, members of the interdisciplinary team including staff and volunteers through a process of spiritual assessment and care.
