We have immediate openings for disability support workers to join our team in supporting our participants below: PARTICIPANT 1 : Young adult male, diagnosed with Level 3 Autism and Intellectual Impairment. Needs experienced and physically fit support workers, who can engage in physical activities like riding a bike. Must be available to be rostered over 24/7 shifts - at least 3 shifts a week. PARTICIPANT 2 : Adult male, diagnosed with mild to moderate intellectual disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder, prone to occasional escalations. Needs support workers with behavioural management skills who can handle escalations and mandatory reporting requirements. Must be available for a minimum of three 8-hour shifts in a week.
