Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic operational plans for U.S. manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with SBU goals and customer expectations. Oversee the financial performance of all U.S. Specialty Components sites, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L, to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. Develop and execute capital investment strategies across U.S. sites to support operational needs and future customer programs. Lead standardization of operational processes, KPIs, and reporting across sites to ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistent performance. Partner with the President of the SBU to identify and implement operational improvements and scalable growth opportunities. Oversee and support Site Plant Managers in driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement. Optimize labor, equipment, and capacity utilization across the U.S. footprint to support customer demand and business growth.
