Description The Facility Maintenance Lead will oversee, develop, and execute all aspects of facility and equipment maintenance in support of safe, efficient, and scalable speaker manufacturing operations. This role will build and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program , supervise maintenance workflows, and lead facility improvement projects , including production floor layout changes, equipment installations, and infrastructure upgrades. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive Maintenance Program (New Higher-level Functions)-Level Functions) 2. Equipment & CNC Systems Oversight 3. Project Management & Facility Layout Changes (New Higher-level Functions)-Level Functions) 4. Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC Systems ( Expanded from Technician-level duties ) 5. Safety, Compliance & Facility Infrastructure 6.
