About Us Scaler is a sustainability data platform built for the real estate industry. We give real estate managers and investors the data they need to protect asset value, meet reporting obligations, and reduce long-term risk. The role: We're looking for a senior fullstack engineer that will implement new products and features end to end. You'll design and build across the full stack, work closely with product and design to turn complex data into tools clients use daily, and contribute to the code review standards and architecture decisions that keep the codebase healthy as the team grows. This is a role for someone who wants to shape how the product develops, not just execute a backlog. What you'll do: Design and ship full-stack features across a data-intensive platform used by real estate investment teams Build and maintain features that put LLMs to work in production, including RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks Lead architectural decisions for backend systems built to handle continued growth in data volume and client load Set engineering standards across code reviews, testing, monitoring, and observability What you'll bring: Minimum 6 years o...
