Description The Removables Department Manager is responsible for leading the production, quality, and development of BonaDent’s Removables team. This leader oversees the manufacturing of removable products including complete dentures, partials, relines, repairs, and related appliances, while ensuring production is on schedule, within quality standards, and aligned to cost objectives. This is not a general operations leadership role . We are seeking a manager with extensive, hands-on experience in removable dental laboratory workflows and a demonstrated ability to lead technicians in a high-quality, fast-paced removables environment. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge of removables, credibility with technicians, and the ability to drive accountability, consistency, training, and performance. To be considered, candidates must have significant direct experience working in Removables . Candidates without substantial removable dental laboratory experience will not be considered for this position.
