Primarily responsible for processing new indirect loan documents and membership applications received through our indirect dealer network; prepare and process appropriate file documentation in adherence to credit union policies, procedures, regulations, and underwriter stipulations; follow up with dealers, underwriters, or members to obtain necessary paperwork; track all documentation; and note errors for tracking purposes. In addition, this position will report any error trends to management and will assist with dealer oversight as needed. Major Duties and Responsibilities: - Reviews incoming contract packets to confirm all necessary documentation is received and is properly completed. Updates system applications to reflect contents within dealer documents. Funds loans accurately and processes necessary file maintenance after quality control checks are satisfactorily completed. - Responds to internal and dealer communication in a timely manner.
