Job Description: Summary Responsible for one or more applications/modules and provides technical leadership in improving, enhancing, developing and supporting/maintaining said applications/modules within Ryder's IT Architecture. Provides guidance to the IT support teams as well as providing support to projects and teams requiring the configuration and modification to the core applications/modules and integration of technology solutions. Participate in architecture design, performance monitoring, module evaluation, and buy versus build decisions. Responsible for end-to-end administration tasks that span the platform and includes various activities such as analysis and design, troubleshooting, development and testing, implementation of monitoring solutions, documentation, and support of managed packaged upgrades, communicating maintenance windows and outages. Supervise and communicate development, project status, dependencies, and risks and mitigation strategies to the project team, business stakeholders and leadership.
