Senior Solutions Engineer

Job description

Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare the Solution Engineer team to be successful through proactive training, sharing knowledge, and communicating best practices. - Deliver presentations and conducts sales conversations with confidence and credibility to C-level clients, both in small meeting and large group formats; assisting with cost evaluation and providing pricing solutions. - Advise team members and sales prior to customer calls and/or sales strategy sessions; acts as subject matter expert in multiple families of solutions. - Designs technical business solutions not only considering the customer’s infrastructure but also the business limitations and opportunities; operates comfortably beyond standard approaches to satisfy the needs of all stakeholders. - Responsible for driving a variety of initiatives and projects, and strategically works with sales, partners and customers to uncover and develop emerging business opportunities. - Assist the Solution Engineer team to be successful through proactive training, sharing knowledge, and communicating best practices. - Role will involve approximately 20% travel Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in pres...
