Essential Functions: Providing exceptional service to golfing guests. Daily accounting for inventory, loading and unloading of product into and out of beverage cart and beverage storage. Financially accountable for handling the cash bank provided and for balancing the cash bank with sales. Preparing food for guests at the Halfway House concession stand. Maintaining cleanliness of beverage cart, and refueling beverage cart. Maintaining cleanliness of other areas related to these job functions. Attend monthly and weekly staff meetings (including all safety meetings).
