Position Summary: Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in PA, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has a career opportunity for the right individual to support the dealership and our customers through specialized Preventative Maintenance services. This individual will be the primary source of contact for the dealership, and our sales force, working directly with the Cleveland Brothers management team, and our customer base, to provide professional support facilitating growth with Preventative Maintenance contracted services. Primary Responsibilities: - Monitor the utilization of Preventative Maintenance program EZKits™ across contracted customer and equipment fleets; - Utilize Caterpillar proprietary software and web-based applications to support PM contracted customer services; - Provide timely follow-up with contracted customers and Cleveland Brothers Product Support Sales Representatives; - Foster successful relationships with internal departments, and external customers to facilit...
