Lean Practitioner (Process Improvement) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Career (Level 3) to join our Lean Manufacturing Office team in Everett, Washington. The successful candidate will support operating areas in achieving their business objectives by implementing production system standards, driving business process improvements, and applying best practices. This role involves leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary product teams to plan, solve complex problems, make decisions, and manage risks, ensuring that technical, quality, cost, and schedule targets align with current and future program requirements. While the primary focus will be on one of the specified locations, the candidate may also be called upon to provide support in other regional areas as needed. The candidate will also train others in continuous improvement tools and principles, assist in updating training materials, and lead Lean-certified process improvement initiatives.
