The Supervisor, Electromechanical Technical Support (Management Path), is responsible for leading and developing a team of Electro-Mechanical Technicians in the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of electromechanical systems. This role provides hands-on leadership and technical direction on the production floor while partnering with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
