Job Description Summary Job Description: This position will follow our hybrid work model; we expect the selected candidate to work 2-3 days a week at our corporate office in Saint Petersburg, FL. As a PM/BA (Project Manager/Business Analyst) in the HR Transformation team, you will work with your stakeholders to understand issues they would like resolved or processes they want improved with the use of technology. This role will lead, plan and manage business transformation programs for the Workday HCM and Security modules, including the overall change strategy, training and adoption. You will lead the technical design, test the developed solution, oversee user acceptance testing, and ensure successful deployment of the solution. Key to success in this role is the ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and serve as a subject matter expert in HR systems and project management.
