Job Description Summary The Machine Head Subsystem Lead Technical Program Manager provides program and operational leadership enabling the Machine Head team to achieve business priorities, execute programs, and run the business with excellence. They will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Configuration Management to maintain a tightly interconnected team working towards the common goal of developing world-class wind turbine programs. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).
