Job Title: Farm Compliance Specialist Department: Compliance: Location: Moses Lake, WA: Reports To: Farm Compliance Manager: Job Type: Full-time: Compensation: 30.00 - 33.00 an hour, DOE Job Summary: The Compliance Specialist ensures all social responsibility programs are implemented at the site level, including biosecurity, food safety and quality, animal health and welfare, and environmental programs. This role collaborates closely with site management, personnel, flock services, and the compliance team. The Specialist is responsible for understanding and assisting operations in upholding our social responsibility as it pertains to various regulations and standards, including the FDA Egg Rule, SQFI, HACCP, state regulatory bodies, NPIP, UEP, AHC, and customer requirements. The specialist helps coordinate and ensure that activities carried out at the sites are in line with and follow our food safety, biosecurity, welfare, and various compliance protocol to ensure the safety and well-being of our flocks and egg products alike.
