GENERAL PURPOSE: Under the supervision of the Head Swim Coach and Aquatics Manager or Assistant Aquatic Manager, the Assistant Coach of the High Blue Hurricanes helps lead swim team practices and supports swimmers in developing competitive swimming skills. This position helps create a fun, positive, and safe environment for youth participating in the High Blue summer swim team. High Blue Hurricanes is part of the South Suburban Swim League. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following duties are not intended to serve as a comprehensive list of all duties performed by the individual in this classification, only a representative summary of the primary duties and responsibilities.
