General Purpose of Job: The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, functionality, and overall guest readiness of all buildings, grounds, and systems on Los Machos Ranch. This role ensures a high-quality guest experience by maintaining accommodations, outdoor spaces, and operational systems to the highest standards, while proactively managing preventative maintenance schedules. This position engage and oversee contractors when applicable.
