System Resource RNs support MultiCare adult hospitals and Freestanding EDs filling a vital role utilizing the nursing process to independently deliver nursing care to patients to achieve quality outcomes and receives guidance/supervision based on leader- and self-assessment of opportunities for skill enhancement. System Resource RNs may serve multiple locations through filling workforce gaps across MultiCare Health System in units in which they have competencies.
