Job description

Work Location Manteca, CA Position Purpose: Under minimal supervision, this position acts as a liaison between the cased good operations group, customer service representatives, other internal departments and outside transportation representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and to resolve any resulting issues. Generates daily warehouse documentation to support, picking, shipping, inventory, receiving and logistics activities for the distribution center. Works with management and compliance department to ensure company policies are followed in accordance to all state, federal and international regulations. Essential Duties: *Other duties may be assigned - Schedules inbound, outbound, and export transactions of finished goods and any miscellaneous materials - Works with Compliance, Customer Service, internal and external customers and carriers to ensure all required documentation is processed accurately - Generates reports for case goods operations - Creates transfers of cased goods between facilities in accordance with guidelines - Completes transaction of stock movement activities and performs inventory audits/reconciliation if needed - Cycle counts, investigates and resolves...
