The Technical Supervisor is responsible for providing day‑to‑day technical support across the commercial food and beverage equipment portfolio. Your deep understanding of refrigeration, beverage, cooking and/or electrical systems is crucial for providing expert assistance to our equipment brands: Cornelius, Silver King, and Prince Castle. Using your exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to convey complex technical details in a straightforward manner will be key aspects of your daily tasks This role supports the internal warehouse team, provides training and guidance to field technicians, and plays an active role in equipment trials and new equipment evaluations.
